The NovaScale Universal Line is targeted at volume market. It meets the needs of IT departments with Intel® Xeon® based servers operating under Windows or Linux.

Bull NovaScale Universal servers take full advantage of the new Intel® Xeon® core architecture, making it ideal for high-performance, heat-sensitive, space-constrained environments, helping enterprises' IT managers to increase power efficiency and lower energy costs. In addition Bull NovaScale Universal servers are designed for consolidation and virtualisation.

The Bull NovaScale Universal Line consists of four series:

NovaScale T800 Series: tower servers for workgroups and IT departments
NovaScale R600 Series: fault-tolerant servers for mission-critical applications
NovaScale R400 Series: rack-optimized servers used as front-end and applications servers in space constrained environments
NovaScale B200 Series: blade servers for ERP applications, Java and Service Oriented Architecture applications as well as the consolidation of multiple servers

The entire Bull NovaScale family is managed by NovaScale Master, a flexible and ergonomic platform which can be seamlessly integrated into the existing management infrastructures. It provides event handling, monitoring, information collection, hardware management and OS control.
